PARK PASSES
The Westchester County Resident Park Pass, an individual photo identification card, may be obtained for a fee of $25. The pass enables the holder to use all county-owned park facilities and provides disounts in user and parking fees where applicable. Passes are valid for up to three years, depending on month of issue. Call 242-PARK (7275) for locations and more information.

Blue Mountain Reservation

Cross-country skiing is featured in the winter. The park is handicapped accessible, and also includes a playground on the grounds.

Cranberry Lake Preserve
Off Route 22, Old Orchard Street, North White Plains. 428-1005
Offers hiking and walking trails, nature study, and a museum. The park is handicapped accessible.

Croton Gorge

A playground, picnic areas, hiking and walking trails, fishing, ballfields, cross-country skiing, and nature study are some of the activities available at the park. Handicapped accessible.

Croton Point Park
Route 9, Croton-on-Hudson. 271-3293
Experience cross-country skiing, picnicking, hiking,fishing, camping, swimming on the beach and more. Handicapped accessible.

George's Island Park
Dutch Street, Montrose. 737-7530
The park features a playground, picnic areas, hiking and walking trails, and ball fields. Fishing and a boat launch are also available. Handicapped accessible.

Glen Island Park
Pelham Road, New Rochelle. 632-9500
Come for the in-line skating, bicycling,picnic areas, playground,beach, boating, fishing, mini golf and concession stand. Handicapped assessible, park pass required.

Graham Hills
Route 117, Mount Pleasant. 232-4905
Hiking trails are the main attraction at this park.

John E. Hand Park

The park offers hiking and walking trails, and nature studies.

Kensico Dam Plaza
Bronx River Parkway, Vahalla. 723-4058
Park-goers may enjoy in-line skating, ice skating, bicycling, hiking and a playground. Handicapped accessible.

Kingsland Point Park
Palmer Avenue, off Route 9, North Tarrytown. 631-1068
This park is home to ball fields, picnic areas, hiking trails and a playground. The Tarrytown Lighthouae is located off the park's shore. Handicapped accessible, park pass required.

Kitchawan Preserve
Route 134, Yorktown. 242-6300
Hiking and cross-country skiing are offered on a seasonal basis.

Lasdon Park & Arboretum/Vietnam Memorial
Route 35, Somers. 232-3141
Visit the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial comprised of three bronze statues honoring the soldiers who served in the Vietnam War. Viewing hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the summer.

Mildred D. Lasdon Bird & Nature Sanctuary

The park's walking trails offer excellent bird-watching and nature study opportunities.

Lenoir Preserve

In addition to a museum on the grounds, hiking and walking trails and cross-country skiing can also be enjoyed here. Handicapped accessible.

V. Everit Macy Park

A playground and picnic areas, ball fields, fishing and ice skating are available at the park. Handicapped accessible, park pass required.

Marshlands Conservancy

The park features hiking and walking trails, cross-country skiing, and a museum. Handicapped accessible.

Mountain Lakes

Muscoot Farm

This 777-acre interpretive farm features a barnyard with animals, hiking trails, a museum and a concession stand. Handicapped accessible.
